Refund and Returns Policy

We value our clients and strive to ensure their complete satisfaction with the e-commerce consulting services we provide. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

Refunds for digital services:

If the service is not started or the excel file sent is used, you can request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Once the service has been initiated or the sent excel file has been used, no refund will be provided, due to the digital nature of the service.
Refunds for follow-up and ongoing consultations:

If you have not yet started receiving ongoing counseling sessions, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you start receiving sessions but are not satisfied with the service, you can request a partial refund. Sessions already completed will be charged based on the selected service price.
Refund request process:

To submit a refund request, please contact us via the email or phone number provided within 14 days of purchase.
The order must include the order number, purchase details, and reason for requesting a refund.
Exceptions:

No refunds are possible if the service is completed in its entirety according to the agreed terms and conditions.
Free services that include only an Excel file are not eligible for a refund.
